Ph.D. with the Department
of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering (IMSE) at the University of South Florida (USF). I
received my Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from the Department of Systems Engineering at Universidad de la Frontera
(Temuco-Chile). I did my undergraduate thesis under the supervision of Dr. Carlos Munoz and Dr. Jaime Bustos. My advisor at
USF was Dr. Tapas Das.
Recently (Fall 2010), I taught Design of Experiments at USF.
(Course Syllabus)
Research Interests:
- Environmental and energy policy
- Mathematical programming models for energy markets
- Nonlinear optimization
- Game theory
